Privacy policy
Effective from 1 October 2026.
We respect your privacy. Below we explain in plain language what data we collect through this website, why we collect it and what your rights are.
Who is the data controller
The controller of your personal data is Alexander Ptak, running a sole proprietorship under the name AP Services Alexander Ptak, ul. Malczycka 7, 55-300 Środa Śląska, Poland, tax ID (NIP): 9151833524, REGON: 540830746.

What data we collect
- Contact form data: your name, email address or phone number, and anything you choose to write in your message.
- Correspondence: if you email or call us, we process the details you share with us.
- Technical data: the server that hosts this website automatically records basic information about visits (including IP address, date and time, and browser type). This is used only to keep the website secure and working properly.
Why we process your data and on what legal basis
- Replying to your enquiry and preparing a quote: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Contacting you about the matter you raised: our legitimate interest in being able to reply to your message (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Website security and spam protection: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims, if needed: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing your data is voluntary, but without contact details we will not be able to reply to your enquiry.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your request and, if we don't end up working together, for no longer than 12 months after our last contact. If we sign a contract, we keep the data for the duration of the contract and for as long as the law requires (e.g. tax regulations) or until any claims become time-barred.
Who we share your data with
We never sell your data. It may only be accessed by companies that help us run our business, under data processing agreements: our website hosting and email provider (Hostinger), and, where necessary, our accountant or legal advisers.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies or tracking tools (such as Google Analytics or the Facebook Pixel). Fonts are served from our own server, so no data about your visit is sent to third parties.
